How do I return an item?
If you need to return an item for any reason, we have a straightforward return policy.
Returns must be filed within 30 days of receiving your order.
Begin a return by pressing the “Create Return” button on our returns page to get started.
Follow the on-screen instructions and select the items you want to return
You will get a confirmation email with instructions on how to return your item(s) depending on the return method you chose.
Returned items must be complete, in original condition, be unworn, and be placed into the original packing.
Please remember that we can only accept returns of full sets, not partial sets or individual items from a set.

How do I exchange an item for a different size?
If an item doesn’t fit, you can exchange it for a different size, free of charge!
- Exchanges must be filed within 30 days of placing your order.
- Begin an exchange by pressing the “Start Your Return or Exchange” button on ourΒ returns pageΒ to get started.
- Follow the on-screen instructions and select the items you want to exchange and select the new size you want to replace it with
- You will get a confirmation email with instructions on how to return your item(s) depending on the return method you chose.
- Returned items must be complete, in original condition,Β be unworn, and be placed into the original packing.
Please remember that we can only accept full sets, not partial sets or individual items from a set. After your exchanged item is received at a Return Bar or is received and reviewed at our warehouse, we will immediately ship out the new size you selected on our next business day.

What items are non-returnable?
- Free gifts or promotional items
- Clearance items
- Mystery Boxes
- Bath Bombs
- Customized items (such as embroidery)
Defective items are the only exception to these rules. Please contact support directly if your items is damaged or defective to get a refund, you do not need to return the items.
